Choose a responsibility topology

Managed SaaS accelerates the start. Hybrid deployment can combine cloud business systems with a local model on a customer AI PC. Private deployment transfers more availability and operational ownership to the customer. Data residency alone should not make the decision.

Turn vague requirements into acceptance items

“Supports private deployment” must expand into testable data flows, endpoints, key management, log retention, model licensing, capacity baselines, and failure exercises.
